Programs of the adults

Fitness palace programs include and characterized by various and miscellaneous programs fit all individuals’ requirements like programs of improving levels of physical fitness through practicing continuous sportive activity to reach levels of public health that enable the individual to lead perfect life free of current modern diseases such as; diabetes ,blood pressure, cholesterol and obesity, etc. We can achieve this goal through the existence of swimming pools that are healthy and have high technical specification. Our programs include the following programs:
  • Cardiorespiratory fitness program: This program is considered to be one of the most important programs presented by the center and needed by the participant. There are lots of different devices and machines which work on different parts of the body, included but not limited to, treadmill devices, all bicycles’ devices and optical devices…etc. After gradual training which conforms to the fitness level of the participant, the center provides various forms of levels, start from beginner level to advanced level then the participant reaches high levels of physical fitness which in turn increase and improve his cardiorespiratory fitness and then reflected positively on all human physiological body parts.
  • Body building program: This division is characterized by the diversity of its devices and machines which enable the participant to build up all his body muscles like the devices of hammers, free devices and dumbbells.
  • Physical fitness classes programs: The center organizes schedules for classes related to the schedules of trainers and this creates respectable competitive atmosphere between the trainers and incites them to present all up-to-date developments in the world of physical fitness through its diverse classes and content.
  • Cross fit machine: It is considered to be one of the most distinguished devices of palace fitness centers among all fitness centers in the western region. This machine enables the participant to practice lots of vigorous and self-challenging exercises.
  • Swimming program: It is one of the most successful programs in our centers, especially because of the high quality and excellence of our swimming pools. Practicing entertainment free swimming activates all body muscles and blood circulation.

Personal training programs

  • Personal training program of body building: this program consists of 16 classes, four classes per week. In this program, the trainer cares about the participant and the participant specifies his goal and then the trainer sets the plan in order to reach the specific goal during limited period. The trainer follow-up the participant according to attendance schedule until the end of the specified period
  • Personal training program of fitness and slimming (weight loss): This program consists of 20 classes, five classes per week. This program is characterized by presenting rated services designed according to specified goals which cope with the participant’s desire. This program cares about the external case of the body and the trainer sets and specifies a program for the participant which in return will fulfill satisfied results.
  • Personal training program for swimming learning: This program consists of 12 classes, three classes per week. This program is characterized by introducing swimming learning service for adults and children. It begins from teaching the basics of swimming such as floating; moving arms and legs in waters, etc. then using specific tools that will contribute in improving the process of learning perfectly. At last, the participant learns how to swim properly.

  • Body building personal training program (800 SAR)
  • Personal training program of fitness and slimming (weight loss): (250 SAR)
  • Personal training program for swimming learning (800 SAR)

Children programs:

Age category: the ages of the participants below 17 years range between 6 years to 16 years. Time of Children’s entrance: from 3 pm to 6 pm We introduce them three programs in three daily classes
  • The first class: the program of physical fitness and fat burning
  • The second class: the program of karate and swimming learning
  • The third class: the program of entertainment free swimming
These classes are supervised by distinguished trainers who are experienced in dealing with this age category The center provides the educational atmosphere which distinguishes us. In the center, we confirm the necessity of abiding by ethical treatment among the participants themselves and among the participants and their trainers. We confirmed this vision through issuing a decision forbidding any person below 16 years to enter the swimming pool during the period specified for children in order to maintain the ethical and educational values which we always seek to stabilize them and to provide the suitable healthy atmosphere for the participants as well as providing peace of mind to their families Security and safety: We, by the help of God, contributed mainly in promoting and improving standards of safety to maintain and keep the participants of this category. We always keen on issuing principle cautions and remarks to the participants of security and safety systems within swimming pools The center confirms on the safety of the participants since their entrance until departure and also confirms that they leave with their parents or custodians or anyone who acts on behalf of them like drivers or others. Classes’ schedule of children’s period:
  • • Many programs that care about improving fitness level of the participants and also care about fat burning are performed in the class of fitness and fat burning, because fats became public phenomenon regarding many participants below 17 years. The fats accumulate then appear in the region of chest and belly from front and sides and this is due to unhealthy habits of eating fast food continuously and sitting for long periods before televisions and computer games.
  • Swimming learning class: This class is considered to be of high benefit in daily life. The participant perfects and masters the principle skills of swimming which trainer moves from easiness to difficulty through using suitable and specified tools of learning until the participant can master swimming by virtue of God then the continuous training. After mastering swimming, the participant moves to train on advanced levels of swimming which cope with gradual physical effort.
  • Karate learning class: Karate is classified under self-defense sports. This sport is necessary for our children to learn it since their early age so that it can develop inside them the spirit of power and courage which in return can enable the participant to participate in great clubs of the region and becomes an official karate player. The center interests in motivating and promoting the skillful level of the participants and diversifying training methods in order to achieve balance and conformity between our goals and the participant’s desire.
  • Free swimming class: The management of the club cares about providing many tools which we can present an atmosphere full of learning that is mingled with entertainment through these tools. During this class, the participant practices swimming freely. We present some games and aquatic competitions which increase the spirit of enthusiasm and entertainment of our participants. We introduce sports and competitions like: water polo-water volley ball and other various games such as; 300 colored balls put in water to perform many exciting competitions. There are also number of different tools used for performing another games and competitions.
Additional privileges: The center performs numbers of competitions regarding different games, and organizational mechanism as well as technical and organizational regulations are put to help and contribute in bringing out the competition in a way that fits our participants. The center presents incentive rewards to all participants.
